AirExpress have followed up on their promise of launching new customer-focused features on their website by today announcing their new AirExpress Club.
Travellers will get the opportunity to join after booking their first travel product through the website, by becoming a fan on their Facebook page or by following them on Twitter.
Once a member, the customer will have access to reduced rates on their travel, whether it be a flight, hotel, holiday, car-parking or car-hire. They will also be able to store their preferred travel destinations, Advanced Passenger Information and booking info.
Online Business Manager, Jon Matthews, stated he believed this would be great method of customer retention.
The General Manager, Mizanul Haque, added that “although we have a great record of customer service, this will give our customers yet more reason to return to book with us, everybody likes a discount.”
The website is growing rapidly, with their agents log-in, travel finder tool and deposit module all launched over the last couple of months. Jon Matthews added that he “has been working very closely with Vibe Software, the technology provider, to ensure the customer experience is second to none. All of the new features have been designed and written with the customer in mind. There’s more to come too!”
