The web site is the second project Algonquin has completed for BAV in recent months. Earlier this year, the company developed a new event management system for BAV, called Conference Content. The system provides BAV staff with the ability to manage the details for the conventions, meetings, conferences, and other corporate events they plan and execute for their client, including venues and presenter-specific information. As part of the Conference Content system, conference speakers are able to upload presentation materials in the system, prior to the start of the conference. Once the event begins, BAVs team uses Conference Content to prepare and deploy the presentations before the speakers appear on site, allowing them to discover and attend to any technical problems in advance and ensuring greater quality control and successful presentation delivery. Conference Content also allows for the easy collection of presentation materials for use post-conference.
