The first webinar to be presented on the 5th of September is entitled Accessibility Compliance 7 easy tips to get your web content accessible. The aim of the webinar is to support organisations by providing best practice tips and tools for achieving and maintaining accessibility. The webinar will also discuss the most common misconception that web accessibility is about disability. Kim Chatterjee, a Senior User Experience Consultant and Accessibility expert at Stamford Interactive together with Elcoms Product Director, Anthony Milner will present this webinar.
Accessibility is often seen as a scary and difficult topic, but its actually all about understanding and meeting your audiences needs. Ill be going through the reasons behind the various access requirements, and the techniques you can use to make sure the content you create and publish is in the right shape. Youll notice that a lot of solutions are really simple, and all thats really required is to form the right habits when creating content, Kim Chatteriee commented.
The second webinar, to be presented on the 19th of September, is Designing for Mobile Top considerations when designing your mobile site. Stamford Interactives Senior User Experience Consultant and Mobile Strategy expert Frankie Madden, and Anthony Milner, will be working together to present this webinar. The webinar will work through considerations to help organisations select the right mobile solution. The webinar will also summarise best practice tips and tools when designing for mobile.
Frankie Madden said We often come across organisations who launch into designing their mobile solution without considering how it will be used by customers. Ill be stepping through the things youll need to consider before any design commences as well as some best practice tips when youre ready to design.
