San Francisco is buzzing with excitement, as the San Francisco Giants face the Detroit Tigers in the 2012 World Series. With plenty to do in and around AT&T park, the San Francisco Travel Association has compiled a list on where both visitors and locals can view, cheer and celebrate the San Francisco Giants.

Ame at the St. Regis San Francisco

In light of the World Series, Ame will be serving up a Giants-themed cocktail as an ode to Giants pitcher, Matt Cain. The Perfect Cain is $ 14 and available at the bar or restaurant.
Additionally, the bell hops and front desk staff at St. Regis will be sporting black and orange baseball caps to show off their Giants spirit.

In honor of the San Francisco Giants, Prospect restaurant in San Francisco has created a new dish that sports the teams trademark colors. Black risotto with uni and a gently poached egg is a most appropriate dish to celebrate this classy baseball teams triumphs. Chef Pam Mazzola plans to make it available as long as the Giants keep winning or fresh sea urchin is available. The $ 16 risotto is not mentioned on the menu. Those in the know just need ask for it.

Pickles or chocolate? Brats and beer, or wine and Dungeness crab? If you were kicking back, after your San Francisco Giants kicked it in the World Series, what would be in your goodie basket? Inspired by their teams World Series match-up, the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and the San Francisco Symphony have agreed to a wager: The winning citys orchestra gets a shipment of iconic culinary delights from the losers. Show your support for the Giants and visit the baby Francois langur at the San Francisco Zoo. This infant monkey with a crop of orange hair was born just in time for Orange October. Coincidence? We think not. Her perfect orange head is a sign of good things to come, especially since shell eventually turn black. To bring the Giants good vibes and pay homage to the little rally monkey, Giants fans are invited to visit the Zoo and say hello to the baby monkey.

In honor of the World Series, EPIC Roasthouse will be offering two specials for Giants fans. First, they will be offering $ 2.00 Anchor Steam beers every game day all day long, and for those looking for a cocktail, there is the Out of the Park which features Bulleit rye, St. Germain, Pear Likor, lemon, and a dash of peach bitters. The cocktail is topped with PBR beer and served in a Pilsner glass with a lemon wheel garnish, offering a nice mix of high & low. The cocktail is priced $ 10. As a note, EPICs upstairs bar, Quiver, does have TVs to watch the game.
